Build a .NET Website replicating existing php website

In late January I will be in the Philippines to continue development of my website. Currently I use a Joomla one but I need it re-written in C#/.NET. Because a lot of the design is in my head I will need to meet with you every 2-3 days to ensure we're all working harmoniously. Architecture is C#/.NET4.5/Razr/LINQ/MSSQL/HTML/CSS. This is not a difficult task to those with experience: I just need people who can do it much faster than I can. You do not need all those skills, but between 2-3 people I need all skills covered. Basic functionality of the website includes user profiles, forum, private messaging, downloads/uploads, shop (PayPal), article, email notifications. After the two weeks there is likely the opportunity for further work on an hourly basis, whether finishing what we were unable to complete, or other work. I'm hoping you can do 20-40 hours per week on this.
