using arduino , keep monitor frequency power from 100khz - 3ghz using adf4351

Dear all ,

from the subject what i look for is,

1- using high speed arudino such as Mega arduino

2- use adf4351 module , to read frequency

3- check the freqency power

goal :

let say i will put the modules in room without any frequency at all , if there are any frequency enter room with mentioned power ( 1,2,3,4,6 dB) , it should write it to UART ,

the user can set start frequency and end frequency, set step frequency all in uart terminal such as (1 ,5,10 Hz ) and reading should be highest speed and let say it should finish reading freqency from 100khz -3ghz in less than 5 seconds

hope you all understand me , and please who paid in this project , he should have good background in RF and should have the adf4351 , and he may suggest any other module , and the code should be in android
