My name is Tracy and i am not a business, but a student pursuing research. I need to program the movement of persons per second within a rural community prone to flooding, based on a 3-day schedule. This is also under different scenarios for example, business as usual, evacuation and early warning. Importantly, we desire to extrapolate our sample size of persons surveyed, to the entire population, to see how the entire community would survive under an unplanned flooding event. The population of the community is approximately 900 persons
