need a simple COVID-19 model that makes predictions and compares results to real data. -- 3

The model can be a simple SIR model that can either run a simulation or spit out a graph to show it's results. The results are then compared to real word data and then make adjustments to the parameters so that the next prediction is more accurate.

This is all I need. Must be as simple as possible, and must have comments to help me follow. Preferably coded in C++ or Python.

I must add, I need this done within a day and I will pay a maximum of 70 dollars, so only bidders interested within this price range
