I need a Linux C programmer. We need programmer with good experience. For following tasks: I have a task to write a blockdevice driver for the linux kernel that will talk over infiniband to talk to backend storage partitions. it has to be a loadable module that when loading can be initialized with information about the backeds to use and will show up in the system as any other block device.
Hi
I will build this project in many small steps so we get the most robust and stable module we can.
First I will make a normal kernel module that communicates to the back-end device, and then build a regular stable block device, then merge the two codes together in a single kernel module that gives the local user a block device that communicates with the back-end device
I would like to discuss further in PM
Thanks

I worked with IBM for 2 years from where I learnt how to work professionally. It won't look good if I blabber about myself. I would definitely satisfy you regarding this job because I work only for my satisfaction from which your satisfaction is obvious. That's it I don't have anything else to say. Bye
