Face recognition application from Real time video/Offline video

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a face recognition application for security and surveillance purposes on the Windows platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in real-time video processing.

Required Features:

- Real-time video processing for face recognition

- Integration with an existing security system
