ARDUINO PWM CONTROL

Need a programmer to debug, compile and test an embedded program to perform PWM (pulse width modulation control). MPU board is an Arduino Duemilanove. It has all the GPIO such as multiple analog inputs, PWM channels and I/O. So I would like you to base your bids on this platform.
