Fix some minor bugs in Arduino/Processing project.

Hi, I understand your concern of shipping the hardware. But it is not really required. I have worked on several such projects with out shipping the hardware. The steps are cleanup the code first and then test it with real hardware using remote access tools like Teamviewer. I have completed such projects where hardware present in different regions of the globe. If you are not comfortable with this, please ignore my bid. We have to see the code how it is written. The control can be in Arduino code (running in Atmel processor) or Arduino just receives commands from Processing via serial port (usb-to-serial) and executes. So we need to look in to code layout. As you have mentioned motor movements are precise but only home position reset is random, this could be due to not caching current position and calculating reset value. If possible share the code and I will quickly analyze the code understand the issues. Thanks!

I can replicate part of the hardware locally (steppers, etc, maybe even use my 3d printer if you explain to me what your device works) but if you detail steps to produce the problems and the expected result, I will probably be able to fix your code and we can test it remotelly via skype (commanding you like a puppet?) I am bidding a lot of hours (24 hrs) because I am not sure about the complexity of your device.-
