Implementing simple calculation method in C++ or Java where the speed of program shall be optimized. Basic design for program is as follows: 1. Utilize supplied input parameters in command line: a. valueRange A b. valueRange B c. constant C d. constant D e. constant E f. constant F g. constant G f. Import fileName g. Export fileName 2. Read in .CSV file from input parameter a.(fileName). 3. Extract vectors from .CSV files. 4. Perform Which/Switch operation to evaluate program state-based evaluation (6 which/switch statements). 5. Perform If/Else to compare individual vector values to calculated values (less than 18 if statements). 6. Perform basic operational calculations based on If/Else evaluation for every value in vector. 7. Return variables from calculations. 8. Perform #'s 4 - 6 for a range of values defined in parameters. 9. Export return values to a another specified .CSV file for with supplied input and output values. Logic shall be provided to qualified bidders and winning bidder along with CSV files with import/export formats.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
Worker shall provide daily status updates of project status. Worker shall provide full source code and all relevant documentation to project (if any).
