Dynamically modify pages viewed in IE

I'm looking for a program that will modify on the fly the content of pages in IE that the user is visiting. The program (probably a BHO) will be used to add search results in google. The program first checks which page is currently being visited, and checks if it is google ([url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], etc). If it is google, the program gets the search terms (q=SEARCH+TERM). And it adds a line a javascripts (ex: ) at the right place, before the first result in google.
Externally, the php file will write an additionnal search result on the page (I do the php myself)

I already have I program that displays which URL is being visited in IE.

Dear Sir Currently we have developed this type of application in which we are using BHO entries to create a popup and redirect it to IE page.
