Have a C++ development system on Linux.
Uses all public domain gnu, kdevelop, make, mingw, etc.
Need to port this to run on Windows Vista, or
create equivalent from public domain programs.
It is NOT necessary to port the kdevelop system, but
it would be desirable if feasible. Just needs
to compile to executable using gnu c++.
Must compile a C++ project with multple .cpp and include files,
external library, etc. to running executable on
Windows Vista/Windows XP. (C++ program happens to
not need/create a "window", a it runs from command line.
-if that makes any difference)
Delivered project should self-install on Vista
in user defined folder location,
have documentation sufficient to add new C++ files
and new C++ programs. All C++ programs to compile to runnable
Source C++ to be provided for one C++ program to succesful bidder,
and so should be able to install, compile and
run that C++ program on delivery to demonstrate
