I have created a custom access CRM for my office. The programming is very simple as i do not need something robust and i do not have too much knowledge. What i need, however is someone who is good at VB to add in a few features, Cleanup the code/optimize the code.
Printing: Ability to print invoices from date X to date X. Print single invoices. Print reports.
Fax: Fax invoices, reports. Once an agent clicks on the Fax button, a form should pop up so that they can enter information such as, recipients name, recipients fax number, agents name, subject, short message ect... Then a send fax button to send the fax. Agents should be able to attach invoices/reports to the fax.
Export Invoice: Agents should be able to export invoices/reports one at a time. Should be exported in pdf format.
Modifications: I have a form i need to modify. Will explain when i choose a provider.
Cleanup: Look over code and cleanup anything and optimize any code that needs optimization.
This is a very simple job and should not take more then 1 hour with someone that has good access/VB knowledge. There is a total of 2 tables and ~3 forms in the access project. If you do a good job i will probably need you for future projects.
I am an IT professional with 10 yrs experience. I have excellent experince with VBA Ms-Access. I have developed many VBA application. I will complete this project in few hours.
