It starts from excel:
Excel must to create a list with the names of the RTF files in a specific folder. These names should be links that open those files.
In the excel (I have the excel file, it is not necessary to building):
Entering patient data:
First Name Last Name and other medical data from medical examination. The medical data will be calculated and elaborated from my excel file.
Now, I clik one of the link which excel have been crated from the specific folder (first step)
The program must:
1) Open a word specific document
2) paste the header (the header is onother RTF file) of the study taken from a RTF (Rich Text File is in a specific folder).
3) Open and paste the reference document from specific folder (form step one)
4) paste specific data from excel (DBP, CC, etc) through TAG editable.
5) Save the word file whit teh nome of the patient tipe of exam and day of exam.
in other words, I use Excel to process data obtained from the examination visit. I open a word file with the type of examination carried out, fill in the name of the patient, go to excel, copy the data processed, I go to word, paste the data from excel, mold examination by word, and then save with name file word for it in the database.
The program described I need to automate all this.
