I need someone who is knows how to use excel very well. I have a sort of a template attached. Please pay attention to the Misc. sheet. Specifically the cells directly below House Misc. This is the format I need to use for all of the other sheets and headings within the sheets (Or something very similar). Below is what the excel workbooks needs to be able to do, I will use "House Misc" as an example:
Under Product info I need to be able to add as many products as I have and size of the product. This needs to be automated so i dont have to insert cells each time to do it.
Under Store price I need these stores to be editable. Not all stores are the same in all regions. I also need to be able to input the store price for each item. There are two more factors that go into the store adding which will be detailed in the "BP" section.
Under Paper Coupon type and internet coupon type, those are just simple input areas to be able to input the dollar amount and expiration. The titles stand for "On 1" means the coupon is good on 1 product, "On 2" means the coupon is good on 2 products.
Under Final Pricing: This section in probably the most complicated. "BP" stands for "Best Price" and "BPE" stands for "Best price ever". As discussed above there are two issues with this. Some companies will double coupons up to a buck. So if a coupon is $0.50 and under the coupon becomes double the face value. If it is over $0.50 but less than $1.00 it becomes $1.00. Some stores will not do this. So when inputting the store there will need to be a signifier to say if the store doubles or there will not be a correct way to calculate the best price. One other issue is that some companies wont accept internet coupons. We need to be able to identify these and remove the ones from the internet coupon calculation. You can decide the best way but it needs to be user friendly. So this is what I need. I need it to determine the best price on the product taking into acount the base price of the item, how many items you have to buy in order to get the coupon (So if it is in the "on 3" box then you will need to buy three items), if the store doubles coupons with the rules explained above, and if the store particpates in internet coupon deals. Then I want it to display the best price, store which they get it from, dan indicator for the coupon being used. The "BPE" would only change if the "BP" drops below the previous price.
The best approach to add a product would be to use some sort of a form with drop downs for categories, the types and amounts of coupons they have in the categories listed in the document, and expiration dates.

other rules. They need to be able to trend prices weekly. So Every week they will enter in new prices if there is a new price and new coupons be able to adjust the number of coupons they have for each item. Sometimes the user might want to remove and item as well.
The above steps need to be completed on all sheets and all categories which I have. Once that is completed I would like a results Sheet to populated with all products we have in all of the sheets with the associated "BP", "BPE", store, and type of coupon. I would like this to be sorted by store and sub sorted by category. This should also be easy to print so the format can be longer but not wider. Trends can be another results page just to inform the user of past "BP"'s.
