Adobe Photoshop has a file format known as "filmstrip" or .FLM. It is basically one large file made up of individually numbered (I use 720 x 486 pixel) frames
(could be hundreds or thousands) from a video that was exported from their companion video editing program, Adobe Premiere. The problem is moving around within
this FLM file is rather difficult since you need to continually tap the arrow keys to go left to right and up and down. If you hit the wrong key you will often completely
lose your place and cannot find the frame you were editing.
I'm looking for a program that will work within Photoshop (Version 6 for PC) to allow me to go from one frame to the next with a single key stroke so
I can quickly jump back and forth to compare frames and not lose my place in the file. It must also center the frame up on my screen or keep it centered
once I do so. Also, there are time code numbers for each frame. I'd like a way to type in a specific number and have it find that frame for me. Anything
else you can add will be appreciated. Since I have idea how much work is involved here I will leave that up to you to tell me what's fair. I would need to
own the final product/code.
Here are some links to sites that will give you some FLM file format details for coding help.

Dear Sir, We have once worked on a similar project and i guess i have a better understanding of the topic. abhizdbest at yahoo dot com. Regards, Abhishek
I can write a C++ program to do this as a stand alone. $2000. Not sure what it takes to integrate with your video editing software so that part of the bid is unknown. Send P< to dicsuss further.
