I've reviewed your raw specification and believe we can help you develop a quality HR Management Package. I have developed similar packages for Companies like Goldman Sachs and Nortel. Both projects were developed with similar business rules but implemented using different technologies. The Goldman Sachs Software was developed using VB 6 and Sybase. For Nortel it was Cold Fusion and Oracle. Please note that depending on your choice of delivery method (ie desktop software or web based) we would choose the toolset accordingly. Also, I would need to know the number of users (ie 1-5, 6+, etc) to help you determine the database backend needs.
