We are looking for experienced coders interested in developing a specific-shader for one of our projects. The shader is a post-processing effect, that:
1 - Reduces the number of colors on the screen
2 - Darkest colors are painted black
3 - Renders black-white version
4 - Converts pixels colors on-screen to black or white depending on their darkness
I attached an screenshot of the effect we want to achieve. After the shader is correctly developed, the programmer can be hired to implement the post-processing effect into our C++ game engine.
