Game programmer needed for project based on ID Tech 3

We are looking for a game programmer with C experience, interested in working in a project based on the ID Tech 3 engine (Quake 3 engine). Programmers with experience in the engine are, of course, preferred.

The programmer will modify our version of the ID Tech 3 engine and implement the following features:

1) Remove the old animation structure of ID Tech 3 (head + torso + legs animated individually) and implement a more friendly asset pipeline for artists

1.1) Something inspired in Valve's Source engine would be good,

where the artist creates animations for several different actions

(walking north, walking south, walking northeast, etc)

2) Implement skeletal animation (MD5, probably, FBX maybe?) for characters, in-game models and weapons

3) Support for GLSL shaders

4) Stencil shadowing and soft shadows

5) Bump-mapping support using normal, specular and displacement maps
