GETTING APPROVED BY SUPPLIERS
A brief outline of this position (PART-TIME COMMISSION BASED):
Chene Decor is an online retailer that will start selling established high-end brands of different furniture products. Our retail store will be launching on the 3rd of march 2017 and we are very excited about our launch. We want highly motivated individuals that have previous sales experience and customer service experience to be part of our team. The role for this position is about calling prospect suppliers to establish a business partnership. If the person hired performs well, then they will be considered for this type of job again in the future.
-Your role will be to call up prospect suppliers and get approved by them so that we can sell their brands in our online store
-You will be given 40 suppliers to call within 20 days (only 3-4 suppliers a day to call from)
-Total number of days of work 20 days
-You will have to do data entering on the spreadsheet we provide you
End of day reporting on what you have done by sending a voice note
-You should be able to speak fluent English
-You should be able to work UK time from 9am-4pm (please note that you are only required to call 3-4 prospect suppliers a day within the UK Time (9am-4pm)
-Have a basic understanding of online marketing e.g. Google Adwords, PLA, and Facebook (however, you are not required to manage these accounts but have an understanding of which you can explain to potential suppliers)
-Having the ability to negotiate is highly desired but not necessary.
-Have access to the internet at all time during working hours
-Have access to PC/Laptops and a smartphone during working hours
-You will be provided with an online training which we expect you to learn and implement fully
-The end of each day, we expect you to record a voice note of what you have done
-You will be provided with a mini online training, so you have a better understanding of your role. The training will provide a clear outline on what we expect so you have everything you need.
-You will be provided with a template script which you will use to call prospect suppliers as a guidance
-You will have access to our business emails and our phone number

This is a commission based job role where you get paid for every prospect supplier you get approved by.
-The total number of suppliers we want you to call is 40.
-Payment will be made after the 20 days
-Total to be $460 for 40 suppliers.
-You will be given $10 for each supplier you get approved following evidence provided through our system.
After you get approved by 13 suppliers you get extra $20 on top
After you get approved by 26 suppliers you get another extra $20 on top
After you get approved by 39 suppliers you get another extra $20 on top
