Waterfront Residential district will represent the pinnacle of seaside living with state-of-the-art amenities in a safe, secure environment. The proposed Beach Club development at the Waterfront Residential district will offer club guests and Lusail residents an exciting set of recreational beach activities along with an idyllic beach lounge, and restaurant with breathtaking views.
The project will have a 13,252 m2 for a Crescent Beach land and a plot area of 3,450 m2 for the Building. The adjoining distance between the beach and the building plot is 67 meters, the connectivity can be utilized to ensure to have a private beach experience in the close vicinity of the club house facilities.
The Developer will Design, Build and Finance the construction of the project to operate with a Fixed Revenue Share Basis (A Minimum of 12% from the Gross Revenues) with the Master Developer.
At the end of the term, the Developer shall transfer the asset to the Master Developer with an option to re-negotiate at Master Developer discretion.
We are looking for realestate development and business plan expert to develop the technical and financial proposals as per the requirements.
TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL INFORMATION
1. The Prospective Concessionaire(s) shall complete this Appendix by giving and submitting all details, information and supporting documents, as required under the various sections of this document. Additional sheets may be used as required and attached to the appropriate Schedules as applicable. Responses such as “will be advised” are unacceptable. Failure to submit all information required under the sections or failure to comply fully with these instructions may result in the proposal not being considered.
2. The sections submitted under this Appendix constitute Prospective Concessionaire(s) Technical and Commercial Proposal(s) and shall form the basis for the Technical and Commercial Evaluation(s) of the Proposal(s). The completed sections, amended as may BE required by and APPROVED by LREDC, shall constitute the CONTRACT document, as follows;
