You will take charge of our early-stage VLSI service & training venture’s talent and partnership pipeline. The role blends classic HR outreach with business development: speak with fresh graduates or students who have taken a break from academics, gauge their interests, and guide them toward our Static Timing Analysis and Physical Design programs. At the same time, open conversations with established VLSI service houses to arrange mutually beneficial tie-ups that can funnel projects, internships, or guest trainers back to us. Success depends more on your communication flair than years of experience, yet a genuine VLSI vocabulary is essential so candidates and partner firms feel instantly understood. Expect a fixed ₹15,000 monthly salary while we scale; milestones for raises will be tied to the number of signed training enrollments and partnership MoUs you secure. Key deliverables • A weekly report summarising outreach calls, candidate status, and next actions • At least two signed corporate partnership agreements within the first quarter • A steady funnel of interested learners ready for our upcoming STA / PD batches If you can talk timing closure one minute and cultural fit the next, you’re exactly who I need.
