About the Opportunity We are an established IT consulting firm actively expanding our North American footprint. We're hiring a founding-member Business Development Manager to build our US/Canada sales pipeline from scratch — backed by a global delivery team that executes everything from quick web builds to complex enterprise software projects. This is NOT a passive account management role. We need a Hunter. What You'll Sell Quick Wins (2–4 week sales cycle): - Web Design & UI/UX (WordPress, Shopify) - Digital Marketing Retainers (SEO, PPC, Social Media) Strategic Projects (2–6 month sales cycle): - Custom Software & Mobile App Development - Cloud Migration & IT Managed Services - Staff Augmentation for Startups Your Responsibilities - Prospect SMBs and funded startups in US/Canada via LinkedIn, Apollo, and cold outreach - Lead full sales cycles — from first contact to signed contract - Pitch web/marketing services for quick wins AND large dev contracts for long-term revenue - Act as the bridge between North American clients and our global technical delivery team - Book 10+ qualified meetings per month from Month 1 Success Timeline Month 1 — Activation: Master the pitch, begin outreach, close 1–2 Quick Win deals (website or marketing audit) Month 2–3 — Acceleration: Build $30k+ pipeline, close transactional services consistently, submit proposals for larger custom dev projects Month 4+ — Stabilization: Close first major Strategic Deal, transition to Phase 2 compensation (Base Salary + Commission) Compensation: Base Salary + Commission structure (high earning potential, full autonomy) Low risk. Requirements - Proven B2B sales experience selling digital/IT services to the US market - Comfortable closing both $3,000 transactional deals AND $50,000+ software contracts - Fluent English — native or near-native (non-negotiable for client calls) - Must overlap 4–5 hours with US business hours (EST/CST/PST) - Asia/Europe candidates: must be flexible for afternoon/evening shifts Portfolio or track record of closed deals required.
