Part Time Business Development Executive Needed for Performance Marketing Agency

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Telecaller at Vitrix, requiring a minimum commitment of 3 hours per day. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing Vitrix’s services, understanding client requirements, and converting qualified leads into successful deals. The role involves conducting sales conversations, following up with potential clients, handling objections, communicating Vitrix’s value proposition, and maintaining accurate records of calls and follow-ups. The Telecaller will be expected to consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute directly to business growth. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills, with a confident and professional phone presence. Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to convert conversations into deals. Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate Vitrix’s services effectively. Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving daily and monthly sales goals. Ability to handle objections, follow up consistently, and build professional relationships with potential clients. Good time management and organizational skills to manage calls and follow-ups efficiently. Minimum availability of 3 hours per day. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, business development, customer support, or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, websites, or technology services is an advantage but not mandatory. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for making professional calls.
