ob Description Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Part Time Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (IST) Client Geography: United States Employment Type: Part-Time working - Remote Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on communication skills & personality) Incentives: ₹5,000 bonus for every client successfully onboarded and billing initiated Role Overview We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Part-Time Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for calling on provided leads and converting them into qualified meetings with potential US-based clients. This role is focused purely on lead calling and meeting conversion. Key Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to pre-generated leads targeting US-based clients Communicate clearly and professionally with international prospects Qualify leads and convert them into confirmed business meetings Understand basic service offerings and explain them effectively to prospects Maintain call records, lead status, and meeting confirmations Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover after meeting confirmation Follow up with interested prospects to ensure meeting closure Required Skills & Experience Prior experience in international (US) calling is mandatory Excellent English communication skills (verbal) Confident, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette Ability to build quick rapport with US clients Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred Self-motivated and target-oriented Compensation & Benefits Fixed monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 Performance-based incentive: ₹5,000 per successfully onboarded and billed client Flexible part-time role with focused working hours Opportunity to grow with the organization based on performance Working Hours 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Monday to Saturday (or as defined by business requirements)
