I’m expanding my recruitment practice and want an experienced business-development ally who can bring in fresh client mandates while keeping complete control over your own schedule. Your focus will be technology accounts, and I’m especially interested in mandates covering Executive Search, Mass Recruitment and highly Specialized Positions. If you already handle other sectors, that’s welcome too, but tech is where we’ll start. How you win the business is up to you. Cold calling and cold-email outreach have worked for you before—feel free to keep using those methods or blend in networking events and online campaigns as you see fit. I care about signed agreements and quality vacancies, not how many hours you sit at a desk. Deliverables (per mandate) • Signed terms of business with a new client • Clear job descriptions, hiring timelines and fee structure agreed • Basic client brief captured in our template so my delivery team can start sourcing immediately Acceptance criteria • Each new client operates legally in its jurisdiction and is able to pay fees • Roles fall within agreed tech scope unless we mutually approve an exception • Minimum fee percentage per placement is maintained (details shared after kickoff) All earnings are success-based, so once a placement is made you receive your commission as soon as the client invoice is settled. There’s no cap on what you can earn and no requirement to drop your current job; treat this as a flexible side stream that grows with your results.
