We are a development studio delivering AI automation ,web development, SaaS platforms, e-commerce solutions, and fast MVP builds. Our technical team, delivery capacity, and execution processes are already in place. We are now looking for commission-based Business Development Partners / Freelance BDEs who can consistently bring genuine small-business clients and support deal closures. Your Responsibilities You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including: Prospecting and outreach Lead qualification (budget, timeline, decision-making readiness) Setting up discovery calls Assisting in proposal discussions and deal closure Our team will handle technical validation, project execution, delivery, and post-launch support. We will provide portfolio assets, case studies, and technical support during sales calls. Commission Structure 20% commission on projects up to $1,500 25% commission on projects above $1,500 Commission calculated on total project value Commission released after client payment No upper earning limit Ideal Client Profile Small and medium businesses Growing digital-first companies Service-based businesses needing websites or web applications Who Should Apply Freelance BDEs or sales consultants Digital marketers with access to business clients Individuals or agencies experienced in selling web development or SaaS projects Important Notes This is a 100% commission-based role No fixed salary or upfront payment Designed for long-term collaboration with consistent performers Note: The listed budget reflects expected commission per successful deal, not a fixed payment. High-performing partners may receive higher commission rates and priority access to larger deals.
