We are a China-based supplier of laboratory animals and animal models with many years of experience in the domestic market. Our products include: SPF-grade laboratory mice and rats Genetically engineered and humanized mouse models (e.g. oncology, immunology, metabolic disease models) Custom breeding and colony expansion services We already have all necessary licenses and capabilities to export legally from China. Now we want to expand to overseas markets, with priority regions: East Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe, North America and Africa. I am looking for several long-term freelance business development / sales assistants, each focusing on one or more of these regions, who understand the local life science / pharma market and can help us find and contact potential buyers for our animal models. Responsibilities: Use LinkedIn, PubMed, life science marketplaces and other channels to identify potential buyers in your chosen region(s), such as CROs, biotech/pharma companies, university animal facilities and research institutes. Find the right decision makers (e.g. Vivarium Manager, Lab Animal Facility Manager, In Vivo Biology Director, Procurement Manager) and reach out to them in English and/or local languages via email or LinkedIn. Arrange first contact, briefly introduce our company and products, and qualify their interest (do they buy from China, what models they need, who is the contact person, etc.). Build and deliver a lead list in Excel/Google Sheet, including company name, country/region, contact person, title, email/LinkedIn profile, and short notes of the communication. Provide a short weekly progress report. Project goal (first 2–4 weeks per freelancer): Contact at least 30–50 relevant potential customers in your region and generate 3–5 qualified leads who are clearly interested in receiving our catalog / quote / further discussion. Requirements: Based in, or very familiar with, one or more of these regions: East Asia (e.g. Japan, South Korea), Southeast Asia (e.g. Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam), Europe, North America (USA/Canada), or Africa. Background in life sciences / pharma / CRO industry is strongly preferred. Excellent written English; local languages (e.g. Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, German, French, Arabic, etc.) are a strong plus. Able to understand and use technical terms like “animal models”, “in vivo studies”, “SPF level”, etc. Proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales development for life science products or services.
