You decide the mix, provided all three channels remain active and traceable. I can supply broad ICP guidelines and positioning statements; the strategy, cadence, and hustle come from you. Commission structure This is 100 % performance-based. Once a prospect you sourced signs our standard engagement letter, you receive an agreed commission immediately. There is no cap on earnings; the more clients you close, the more you make. I’ll share exact percentages and milestone triggers during our kick-off call. What success looks like • A steady flow of qualified, compliance-interested tech firms in the US and UK entering our pipeline each week. • Clear activity logs: call notes, email metrics, and social engagement screenshots or CRM exports. • Smooth hand-offs—detailed prospect background and next-step recommendations—so I can convert quickly. • At least one signed client in the first 45 days (baseline target; higher numbers raise your payout fast).
