Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential because you will be speaking with decision-makers across the mainland United States, Puerto Rico, and Latin America (Colombia-based applicants tend to share our time zone, so that location is preferred but not required). This is a pure execution role: no brand strategy, no campaign design—just consistent, high-quality outreach and follow-through. Key performance indicators for success include: - 10–15 qualified conversations per week - 3–5 booked discovery calls per week meeting baseline criteria (relocation or travel planning to Puerto Rico within 6 months, group or family decision-maker, realistic budget) - Discovery calls must meet predefined criteria for success. Day to day, you will: • Source or receive pre-qualified leads, call or email them in sequence, handle objections in real time, and secure a paid consultation slot. • Update our CRM after every touchpoint so the entire team can see real-time progress. • Hit aggressive weekly booking targets; speed is critical, so you must be ready to start ASAP. I measure success by booked consultations that convert to revenue, not by volume of calls alone.
