I’m based in Mumbai and currently exploring a product-based venture. I am looking for someone who can help in disssing and suggesting ideas and also give insights on my current idea, but I need a seasoned startup consultant who can turn them into a structured, step-by-step business roadmap. Here’s where I stand: • Focus area: Creating a full roadmap (from niche selection through launch) • Current stage: Market research on several product ideas • Location: Prefer guidance from someone familiar with the Indian ecosystem—especially Mumbai and nearby—to tap local networks, suppliers, and government touchpoints. What I’m looking for from you: 1. Help me validate and narrow the niche, then translate that into a practical action plan. 2. Build a phased roadmap—market sizing, competitive analysis, regulatory checks, go-to-market strategy, and early traction milestones. 3. Lay out concrete funding possibilities: bank loans, state or central subsidies, startup-friendly schemes, angel or seed avenues and what paperwork each will require. 4. Also someone who is aware about the "Bharat Mart" business model coming in Dubai and any suggestions to guide to start any business there or in India. By the end, I expect a clear, investor-ready document and a timeline I can execute against with confidence.
