Job Description:
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to assure project success
Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 1+ years in the sales industry
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
0 - 2 years' prior industry-related business development experience
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills as our clients or target market are aboard
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
