project manage a new drug development

I'm looking for an experienced project manager to help me with my new drug development project. It's currently at the preclinical stage and I need assistance with risk management. All regulatory compliance requirements are covered, so I only need help with project management related tasks. This role is best suited to someone with an extensive background in project management, especially in the pharmaceutical or medical field. Ideally, you'd have experience with drug development projects. It's a challenging but highly rewarding project that could really make a difference. While the company is based in Australia, we are re-locating to the Pennsylvania region and our CDMO is in indian sub continent. The molecule is a recombinant protein for injection into the spine for a back pain cure.

The position can be remote and will ideally suit someone in South America who has experience working with pre-IND and IND applications with the FDA. Will be good to have someone who has had an experience - at least 10-15 years. With evidence and demonstrated that they have worked either in a start up biotech or a large pharma company.

The role is for a generalist with a high drive and bubbling enthusiasm and initiative who at the same time is across all details and has a high level of written and verbal communication ability.
