Data Scraping / Buy / Sales Live Pricing Feed -- 2

We want to be able to pull back models of phones from numerous websites including comparison websites into program telling us buyback and sale prices, we want it to have the lines and columns of each data source, with it being easy to obtain along with able to add new sources to it. There will be 20 websites pulling details with an example being eBay as one of them plus able to track certain sellers We want to be able to upload excel report and kick back the sale and buyback prices it data scraping with time dates. Allowing different options to see the feed. We want the program to be able to add further websites and breakdown if there new phones splitting into make model and etc. We want to be able extract details into CSV files on all aspects we can see. We open to other suggestions anyone makes but must understand the requirements and variables that could be in place
