I am looking for assistance with creating new business protocols. Specifically, I need help creating communication protocols (different services among the daily protocols of team members in a Medspa and wellness center) that adhere to specific guidelines that I have outlined. I want to create new protocols from scratch, and not just overhaul existing ones. My project requires someone with knowledge of business protocols and experience creating them to meet specific sets of requirements. Ideally, the freelancer I choose for this job will have a knack for creating effective protocols tailored to suit the needs of my business.
The Medspa and wellness center has medical professionals who are administering different services (Fillers, botox, Weight loss, Regenerative medicine, Sexual wellness etc) and so i want a clear guideline of protocols for each of those services and how to administer, what product and medical supplies and equipment to use, how to prepare etc.
We have IV's in house so a clear protocol list for how to walk someone into the IV seat, prepare their iv bag, how to exceed expectations in service as they wait for an IV and how to then make sure you have correctly reported the service and completed the entire protocol. Blood draws require specific protocols to make sure all elements are accounted for.
Wellness Coordinator spends his time taking leads that come in from google or META and covering them into consults so we can place them on wellness programs designed for their specific needs. I want him or her to know all the different package options they have right in front of them with a breakdown of the health benefits, procedures within the program and medicine and then finally how to report, follow up and keep clear track of "building a relationship" with the client.
Each department will have a mini handbook and it will start with what our culture is, how they must keep all areas clean, organized, be punctual, be aware o your attitude etc.
