Help Setting Up Atomic Email Sender

I have people messaging my email address. Once they do, I have an autoresponder that sends out a reply. Once they reply to that, I send out another reply, etc. Right now I'm using The Bat, but the inboxing is not that great. I want to hire someone to educate me on setting up the autorsponder and successfully inboxing the responses. So they need to help me setup the autoresponder (I've heard good things about Atomic Mail Sender but let me know what you use). You must be knowledgeable about ip rotation, domain rotation, etc. and tell everything I need to know in order to successfully inbox my replies. Mention the word rainbow so I know you're not spam.
