RSJ Beam Installation

I need to remove an internal weight-bearing basement wall (3 to 6 meters) and replace it with an RSJ beam. The wall is currently made of brick or block, and there is plumbing running through it that will need to be rerouted. Key Requirements: - Expertise in structural alterations and RSJ beam installation - Experience working with brick/block walls - Ability to safely reroute existing plumbing - Relevant certifications and insurance Ideal Skills and Experience: - Background in construction or structural engineering - Previous similar project experience - Strong problem-solving skills
