Compound Wall Site Engineer

I’m looking for a qualified civil engineer who can be physically present on my site while we build a concrete-block compound wall. Your core focus will be supervising the day-to-day construction activities, offering on-the-spot structural assessments whenever decisions arise, and making sure every stage meets the relevant codes and safety regulations. The wall’s exact run will be confirmed with you on site, but the footprint is large enough to require continuous oversight for several weeks. Work will take place in a single location, and I’ll provide both meals and comfortable accommodation for the entire duration, so you can stay close to the action and avoid daily travel time. Key responsibilities • Full-time on-site supervision of labour and masonry work • Immediate structural checks on footing depth, reinforcement, alignment and block placement • Maintaining compliance with local building standards, quality benchmarks and safety rules • Coordinating material deliveries and keeping concise daily progress records for me I value clear communication, practical problem-solving and a hands-on attitude.
