SCOPE OF WORKS – INTERIOR DESIGN (COURTYARD & ENSUITE) PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING. DONT ASK AFTER BID TO EXPLAIN WHATS REQUIRED Project Overview Engage an interior designer to deliver a buildable design package for the Courtyard and Ensuite, including layout, services coordination, and finishes. You will receive all dimensions, current services locations, video/3D Polycam & rough layout (courtyard however i am looking for more of a direction from the freelancer) Reference Sizes (Indicative Only) • Courtyard: 5000mm x 3500mm • Ensuite: 3000mm x 1200mm Note: Final confirmed dimensions will be issued to the successful consultant. ⸻ 1. COURTYARD • Master plan and detailed plan view • Elevations and retaining wall detail • Falls plan with strip drainage layout • Plumbing and electrical plans • Services schedule • Planting, materials and finishes schedule • Allowance for future above-ground plunge pool (Stage Two) • 3D renders (2–3 views) ⸻ 2. ENSUITE • Master plan and detailed plan view • Elevations • Electrical plan • Hydraulics plan • Finishes schedule ⸻ 3. TIMELINE • Ensuite: Complete design from start to final issue within 6 days • Courtyard: Concept plan within 4 days, with full master plan issued 3–4 days following concept approval ⸻ 4. GENERAL • Drawings to be clear, dimensioned, and buildable • Coordination with relevant Australian Standards • Issue in PDF format (A3 preferred) • Include revisions as required ⸻ 5. DELIVERABLES • Full drawing set (plans, elevations, services, details) • All schedules • 3D visuals

Hi there, You have dimensions, current services, a 3D Polycam scan, and a rough layout—but turning that into a buildable courtyard and ensuite design requires more than just placing elements. If falls plan misses drainage or services aren't coordinated, construction stops mid-way. If planting and finishes aren't scheduled, the build becomes guesswork. I deliver coordinated, buildable design packages. Here is how we work: You share dimensions, services locations, scan, and rough layout → I develop: Courtyard: master plan, elevations, retaining wall detail, falls plan with strip drainage, plumbing/electrical plans, services schedule, planting/materials/finishes schedule, allowance for future plunge pool, 2–3 renders.
