Fokus utama saya adalah mendapatkan gambar kerja yang rapi dan jelas sehingga bisa langsung dipakai sebagai acuan pembangunan. Ruang lingkup yang saya butuhkan: • Denah lantai lengkap dengan keterangan ukuran. • Tampak depan, samping, dan belakang. • Potongan memanjang dan melintang sederhana untuk menunjukkan tinggi ruang. • Format file dwg (AutoCAD) dan PDF siap cetak. Saya sudah memiliki sketsa kasar beserta ukuran lahan; Anda tinggal mengubahnya menjadi gambar 2D profesional. Silakan gunakan software yang Anda kuasai—AutoCAD atau software setara asal hasil akhirnya presisi. Kriteria keberhasilan: 1. Semua ukuran akurat dan konsisten antarlayar. 2. File DWG tidak terkunci, mudah diedit. 3. Diserahkan tepat waktu dan sesuai ruang lingkup. Berikan portofolio singkat desain rumah 2D yang pernah Anda kerjakan agar saya bisa menilai gaya kerja Anda.
