Front Elevation Design for 2-Story Residential House

I am looking for a talented Architect or Designer to create a modern and visually stunning front elevation design for my 2-story residential project. I already have the finalized floor plans for both the Ground Floor and the First Floor. Your task will be to take these layouts and design the exterior "skin" and aesthetic of the house. Scope of Work: 1. Develop a unique exterior design based on the provided floor plans. 2. Provide high-quality image renderings (multiple angles including front and perspective views). 3. Propose a color palette and material finishes (e.g., stone cladding, wood panels, glass railings, etc.). 4. Include basic landscape/boundary wall design to complement the house. Deliverables: 1. Photorealistic Renderings (High-Resolution). 2. Architectural Elevation Drawings with basic measurements/notes. 3. Source Files (Not mandatory). Skill Requirements: 1. Proven experience in residential facade design (please attach a portfolio). 2. Ability to suggest modern, cost-effective, and durable materials. 3. Strong communication and willingness to perform 1–2 rounds of revisions if needed.
