I need professional AutoCAD services for a private residential project involving alterations and additions. The work includes drafting for a building extension and some changes to internal layout. - Drafting Needs: The final drawings will be used for a Development Application to the council. The plans for this project has been developed, the successful bidder will need to draft and develop Elevations of all sides of the house, , area calculations diagram, location plan and site analysis based on the developed floor plans and perspectives provided. As part of this project, I will provide an example set from a similar project, DWG base files, SketchUp Model, Aerial Model and Perspectives to the successful bidder. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Expertise in AutoCAD and residential drafting - Previous experience with Development Applications - Ability to interpret and use provided example sets and DWG files Please note, the successful freelancer will receive the necessary files and examples to complete this project.
