Warehouse development

We are currently planning a commercial development in the eastern cape South Africa . I am preferring for people from South Africa who have some sort of knowledge of our conditions building regs etc . I do have some ideas that was made for me I am looking for a few more ideas as we do have some limitations It is a corner building , the side street is a narrow one way . The site is rather narrow , size is about 2600m2 With municipal laws about 1600 could be use to build . The anchor Tenent is a motor spares store together with a fittment centre next to it . The other units will be rented out . Although I like the design I’m just looking for other ideas on this .
