Scope of Work: 1. Boundary Staking for Forms — Stake so our crew can set forms with confidence that we're within property limits and setbacks. 2. Post-Form Verification — Return to the site after forms are set to verify they are within the staked property boundaries and setback requirements. Provide a written confirmation or report of the verification. 3. Completion Letter — Provide a signed/stamped letter or certificate from the surveyor confirming the boundary staking was performed and that the stakes accurately represent the property lines.
