Ready to start immediately. 1) Where are current supply/stack lines, and can we tie a washer box (hot/cold, 2" trap/vent, pan drain) into that run within the closet without ceiling drops? Any constraints on relocating the toilet or adding a hot‑water recirculation loop? 2) Please confirm entry door location(s) to the 13'×21' space and the target sill height/obscurity for the centered 13' window—do you want the freestanding tub centered on that window or offset for privacy? Suggestion 1: Consolidate shower, vanities, WC, and washer along a shared wet wall; put the shampoo niche on an interior wall to preserve exterior insulation and prevent thermal bridging. Up‑size shower drain for dual heads and add recirc for quick hot water. Suggestion 2: Go curbless with a linear drain, full-sheet waterproofing, heated floors, and a humidity‑sensing exhaust/ERV; specify tempered/obscure glazing near wet zones for durability and privacy.
