We are planning to build one floor house with basement floor. Building area is 300 squar meters, 14m X 22,5 M. Flat plot. We would like to have four bedrooms, at least two toalets, kicthen whit Island. Kicthen should be not open concept. Also sauna ja laundry room. Those can be also in basement floor. Ridge roof whit 1:10 gradient. Also some terrace whit Small pool. At the plot, there is Small road on the other side of the plot. I have attached map of that area. Plot is Kapteeninkatu 4 on the right side. Between Kapteenin katu and Pellingintie.
