I’m Vinod Jain, International Projects Manager at Legend Art Construction. We have a 14,000 sq. ft. site in the heart of a mid-sized Madhya Pradesh town. Half of it—about 7,000 sq. ft.—is already built; the balance is an open garden currently used as green space. Our goal is to transform the existing structure into a chic, modern-minimalist fashion mall. Inside the building I need a layout that fits: • 8 fashion retail shops (modern minimalist look, each with custom shelving and fixtures) • 4 food shops (designed for a lively, street-food ambience) • 1 banquet hall suitable for events and launches Outside, the garden will become an engaging food courtyard with roughly 8 street-food stalls and circulation that blends seamlessly with the indoor areas. I’m looking for complete architectural services—from concept through detailed drawings—including floor plans, elevations, 3D visualisations, and basic service coordination so we can hand the package straight to our structural and MEP teams. If local code considerations or site constraints require tweaks, please factor that in. I can supply site photos, CAD surveys, and any other data you need once we connect.
