I need an experienced floor plan drafter to produce 2 iterations of a floor plan.
I'm converting a 50 m2 attic space into 3 rooms, a bathroom and a hall. This will be connected to the apartment below the attic.
I am primarily interested in calculating the floor area that has a roof height over 160 cm. This is for reserving the permitted building area. I have exact measurements for the distance from the wall to the point where the roof height with insulation is 160 cm.
The 2 iterations have stairs at different locations. I’d like to evaluate both variations before committing to the plan.
The secondary goal is to produce the base floor plan onto which the electrical, water, etc are planned. Therefore your final submission should be in an AutoCAD compatible format.
You are free to draw the plans with whatever program you are comfortable with as long as it exports a format that is 100% AutoCAD compatible.
For example Blender and FreeCAD both export DXF, but you lose layer, object groupings, editable text etc. So the end result is useless.
You will get my initial floor plan and the measurements of the room.
The initial floor plan (outer walls) is done with FreeCAD. I can export it to DXF, but you'll have to retrace it with whatever you are using. The export is single layer with everything exploded into lines.
Only apply if you are comfortable with using metric.
