Build me a Building Plan (Sketch Up)

Hi Everyone, We are from Hong Jaya, and are trying to expand our commercial operations but are lacking internal design team for operations. We want to build a shopping facility like Lowe's or Home Depot (of about a 1000-1500 sqm size/level). Our Store will consists of products of these categories: Appliances Bathroom Building Supplies Cooling Doors & Windows Electrical Flooring Hardware Holiday Decorations Home Decor & Furniture Kitchen Lawn & Garden Lighting & Ceiling Fans Moulding & Millwork Outdoor Living Paint Plumbing Smart Home & Security Storage & Organization Please Include: Storage, Cashier, Halls of different products, cutting area for large goods (can be a part of the outside building/parking lot, loading dock, Parking Lot for Motorcycle and Cars, Small Office, Praying Room (Musholla), Bathrooms (customer and employee toilet is different), executive sales room with sofa/couch waiting room (VIP/big clients, or luxurious yet minimalistic customer service, simple small room, but comfortably minimalist is ok), server room, small pantry for employees Along with the layout, we would also like a modern reference feel to the industrial-like store (just some pictures grabbed from the internet but with a good reasoning/basis of that choice) We would like the model to be as creative yet logical with many purpose driven design.
