AutoCAD Layout Plan Required for a Office Space

Hi,

I require a layout plan made for 2 Floor areas for which I will share the autocad layout of a blank office space.

I am also sharing A sample layout plan made by other designer which I liked still I want better,

These are requirements:

6th Floor:

1. We need to have 258 workstations of size 4' x 2'.

2. Some open sit out areas for small meetings.

5th Floor:

1. 10 seater two conference rooms.

2. 1 or 2 telephone booths of size 4' x 5'

3. 4 seater two discussion rooms of size 8' x 8'.

4. Cafeteria & Library to be re designed

5. Reception layout to be redesigned.

In 5th floor rest all cabins and meeting rooms will be same other than requirements given above.. In both the floor rest rooms design will not change.
