Tradify Quote & Job Templates

I’ve recently shifted my plumbing operation onto Tradify and now need polished, easy-to-reuse templates set up directly in my account. First, the quote template: it must automatically pull client details, then present an itemised list of services with individual and total costs, followed by a clear description of the work to be done and my standard terms & conditions. I want the layout to feel tidy and branded, so headings, logo placement and colour accents should mirror my current letterhead. Second, the job template: once a quote is accepted I should be able to convert it straight into a job that already lists the agreed description and step-by-step tasks, plus dedicated fields for the exact materials and parts my team will record on site. I’ll grant you login access to a blank Tradify template set as well as brand assets (logo, colour codes, preferred fonts). Build the two templates, test them with a dummy client/job so I can see the workflow, and provide a brief screencast or PDF walkthrough showing where I can tweak text blocks in future.
